2. Cleaning Services
Services may include recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in or move-out cleaning, vacation-rental cleaning, and custom cleaning. The scope, price, timing, and frequency of a cleaning are based on the quote, booking, or other agreement made with you. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional charges or approval.
3. Quotes, Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations
Quotes are based on the information available when provided and may be adjusted if the actual condition, size, requested scope, or access requirements differ materially. Customers are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property and for communicating relevant instructions. Scheduling changes or cancellations should be communicated as early as reasonably possible. Any cancellation, lockout, or rescheduling fee will be disclosed when applicable.
4. Payments
Payment terms and accepted payment methods will be communicated at or before service. You agree to pay charges authorized for completed services and any additional services you approve. Third-party payment processors, if used, may have their own terms and privacy practices.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide a reasonably safe working environment and to disclose known hazards, fragile or unusually valuable items, restricted areas, pets, alarm or entry instructions, and other conditions that could affect the cleaning. We may decline or stop work where conditions are unsafe or materially outside the agreed scope.

If you are dissatisfied with a cleaning, please contact us promptly so we can review the concern and determine an appropriate resolution. Any remedy will depend on the circumstances and the service that was agreed upon.
7. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Stay Bright Home Cleaning does not use SMS for advertising or promotional marketing campaigns.
If you provide your mobile number, request communication by text, or otherwise consent to receive texts from us, you may receive customer-care or transactional messages relating to services you requested. Examples include quote follow-ups, scheduling or rescheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival or service-status updates, access questions, and payment or receipt-related notices.
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing cleaning services.
